Alvaro Loran Week 14 Reflection Entrepreneurial Journal

If I had one final lecture to share with a group of students on what I learned from this course it's the fact that we all need to have a purpose. I really appreciated how throughout the semester every time we had studies there was always a general conference talk or speech included. For me personally, I know I tend to get overwhelmed by the idea I'm alone and I need to get things done. Especially as an entrepreneur, I felt like the journey would be long and hard. However, as I've started going throughout this course I've realized that being an entrepreneur doesn't need to be lonely. Instead, I’ve learned that as long as you have a focus on what's most important that you'll never be alone. With that purpose, you'll be able to get the support of the Lord and attract the right people to you. This makes me feel that no matter how difficult my entrepreneurial journey might be I know that as long as I have a purpose and a mission that the right people will come. My last bit of advice to someone wanting to start an entrepreneurial journey would be to focus on what's most important. To focus on friends and family before focusing on money. I would also give them advice on how to develop a growth mindset. I can't imagine anything more important than having a mindset of growth as an entrepreneur. If I wish to give caution to an entrepreneur if I only had one chance in my last lecture I would tell them to be okay with facing challenges and to hold fast to their mission. These two things are vital for entrepreneurs because the two biggest ways I've seen entrepreneurs fail is they get caught up with a focus on money and they don't think they're good enough when challenges occur. By developing a growth mindset and holding strong to your purpose entrepreneurs are more likely to succeed.
